Question #1:

I've never done so bad in school before in my LIFE. It has never been this difficult for me. I feel stupid:(?

I'm a freshman in high school. Not even a month into it. And I'm freaking out. That's how difficult this all is to me. I'm taking Spanish... terrible. Honors Biology... don't even know what we're learning in that class right now. Geometry (I'm a year ahead of most people. Only problem with that, is that I should have payed better attention in Algebra the last 2 quarters. It's totally ruining a lot. What can I do about that?)... Geometry is okay, but slightly confusing.
I have a low B in Spanish. Borderline C. And I'm thinking of getting a tutor.
I'm so worried about not being able to get a scholarship. I have to have 2 credits (2 full years worth) of Spanish. Otherwise I would NOT be taking it.
My Spanish teacher is teaching her first year here. She has experience.
But she goes VERY fast paced. We've done more than I've ever even heard of in Spanish.
Alphabet, numbers to 40, dates, sayings, 5 kinds of hellos, seasons, weather, and there is so much more. Did I tell you we're not even a month into school? I've had to retake 2 quizzes. I did worse on one, (Around a 70%) and better on one by .5. Yeah, POINT 5.
I need high grades. And I study for hours and forget it.
I just forget it.
I don't know what to do.
I hate feeling stupid.
And I'm sorry for rambling.
But please help me:(

The host was a once bankrupt himself and would help people financially plan and budget. He would always write with a huge black marker on big pieces of paper when writing figures. He would make them cut up their credit cards and give them a budget to live on. He drove a unique vehicle, from memory a big truck. This show was on USA tv about 3-4 years. Does anyone remember it?

CAMERA HELP!!! Canon SX210IS!?

Okay so here's the problem. I want the pink/purple(-ish) colored canon sx210is.. The problem is that, they only sell it online, and it costs 50$ more, and I have to wait a few months for my parents to earn an extra 300$ (as they have 200$ on each credit card, and u can't enter 2 cards on a website)... Then I get the gorgeous pink colored one. Or I can buy the dull ugly black one tomorrow at best buy. What shud I do? This is a really stupid question I know, ha. Im currently interested in photography (wildlife, and nature, and my dog XD) so ya. And I'm prob gonna go to canada for my aunts wedding ._. (not sure yet, most likely) and I want a camera haha.

DATING (Study With A Girl) - Very Confused! Help Would Be Much Appreciated!?

At the moment I am a fresher in university (1st yr) and I am interested in this one girl. We've know each other for about five months and is readily willing to help me with uni work as well as ask for it from me. Apart from this, she also seems to be showing the right signals that perhaps she likes me back but I happen to know that she is very friendly by nature.

Last week during our study break I asked her (via SMS) if she would like to join me (on a one-on-one basis) to study at the state library. I wanted to get to know her better and an "actual date" may have sounded too forward (especially if I asked her face-to-face, putting her in an awkward situation). I just wanted to express my interest in her by making it sound like a casual get-together (with a study session). She responded by text (this time it was on Facebook, because she was low on credit at the time). She seemed pretty cool with the idea, saying she "would love to go :D" and later said "can do all day friday :)". So it was decided Friday was when we were going to meet up.

So come Friday (today) and about 2.5hours before the designated meeting time, she texts on my phone saying that she'll "need to give today a miss im sorry :("

At first when I saw this text (about 2hours after it was sent) I wasn't surprised but quickly I became highly annoyed and flustered because I was really anticipating seeing her and thought that I had this "get-together" in the bag. I understand that she had a party the night before but seeing that her text message this morning revealed she wasn't drunk or anything, I am really confused as to why she turned me down so abruptly.

Is she trying "to play hard-to-get"? Have I been reading the "signals" wrong and perhaps she doesn't actually like me? I am genuinely confused. I mean, she even said "yes" when I asked her initially and now it's a blatant "no". Any help to deciphering her actions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Note/ she did not make mention of trying to get another "get-together" but the study break ends very soon from when we were going to meet up (today). Just thought I'd throw that in.
Also would just like to add that I have been working pretty hard to steer clear from "the friend zone" and I have been somewhat flirty with her. She responded positively (again, another reason why I wanted to ask her to study with me).

I was living with my brother and the apartment was in his name. At the signing of the first lease I was only 17 and never submitted employer information. The last time we renewed the lease I was 19 but never filled out an application or submitted employer information. My brother decided to jet and didn't want to pay rent anymore so I left too. Now there is a potentially harmful statelment on my credit report from the apartments. So now I am trying to rent my own apartment and that is preventing me from moving on with my life. I did not travel at all. The only thing I've spent money on were on college transcripts, a book from WA, and having HigherOne deposit/withdraw a few cents to confirm a bank account for another credit card.

The fee was $.18 but I'm just curious how they were able to charge me when I didn't go overseas or bought anything out of the country.

I owe $10,000 to my bank for my car loan. I have just received payment on a big project I did a couple of months ago and am now able to pay the full amount. I am currently on a collections with the same bank for a a credit card though and the bank has told me they will not release the title to me unless I make full payments on the loan AND the credit card. this is true. But I do NEED a newer car... My current car needs repairs every month, if its not the battery, its the alternator... Its been leaving me stranded for a while now, thats why I need a better car!
I can and WILL find a car that is less than 6,000, I just was adding extra for fees etc.
My car has a screeching alternator, will probably need a new a/c compressor and has peeling paint all over... I really don't think Its worth fixing.

Is this considered bootlegging?

Someone that I know has been downloading movies and television shows from online, and has been burning them onto blank DVD discs. She insists that it is not illegal, however, I still believe that it is. She showed me how she does it........she pays for the service online, through her credit card, and after careful examination, it does seem legitimate. After she downloaded the movies, she burned them onto blank DVD discs, and I know for a fact that she does not distribute them, she keeps them only for herself.

Despite this, something tells me that she could get into a lot of trouble, for violating copyright laws and for violating that big FBI notice that you see on every DVD that comes up at the beginning....it says something like "Copyright infringement, with or without monetary gain, is prosecuted by the FBI and is punishable by up to 5 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine."...........I keep telling my friend that she needs to get rid of her DVD's and stop doing this, but she insists that there is nothing illegal about it, since she pays to download and uses the DVD's only for herself. I still think that it is illegal, so my question is........YES or NO? Is what she is doing illegal?
Additional details: The "service" that she used is Graboid Video. (www.graboid.com) I'm starting to think that the entire thing is not illegal, but can she get arrested if I try to ask someone who's in law enforcement?

There is a few webites that say to the first 5,000 people who give some info gt a free ipad. Well that sounds funny. Ipads are expensive. I think that they are getting information because they want to get some information about people and try to steal money or hack you. This girl i know sent me an email saying she got one. So did she get scammed? It dosn't ask for your credit card number because it said it was free but it asked for your name and phone numbers and address. Isn't that enough to scam?
